Soon is a productivity application that integrates with your Google account to provide:

• Calendar management and scheduling
• Task and event organization
• AI-powered assistance for productivity

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Soon
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

5. Google API Services

5.1 Google Account Access

By connecting your Google account, you authorize Soon to:

• Read and manage your Google Calendar events

Soon's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5.3 Revoking Access

You may revoke Soon's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use Soon to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our express permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

• Google Calendar
• Supabase (authentication and database)
• Other services as needed for functionality

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content or information

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked

• These Terms will continue to apply to your past use of the Service

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
